1. Service Provider

2. The Service

Vehicle Passport is an online platform that allows users to track vehicle-related data including fuel consumption, insurance and vignette expiry, maintenance history, general expenses, and custom reminders. The service also provides a downloadable maintenance PDF passport for each vehicle.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Vehicle Passport. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a 90-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period.

After the trial period, a subscription of €9 per year is required to continue adding new records. Existing data remains accessible (read-only) with an expired subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern the payment transaction.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Vehicle Passport. We store it solely to provide the service to you. You may export or delete your data at any time via Settings → Delete account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Vehicle Passport available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability and will endeavour to notify users in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The Vehicle Passport platform, its design, and code are the intellectual property of Креатив Идеа ЕООД. User-generated content (vehicle data) remains the property of the user who created it.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Креатив Идеа ЕООД shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
